I have found my experience with Martin to be invaluable. Not only have I achieved my initial hope of getting guidance on my future career plans, but he has helped me identify and address areas to grow as a manager and leader. Through this process I have acquired a number of techniques that will equip me throughout my career.

I have been impressed with Martin’s friendly and professional approach which he has adapted to suit my needs and get the best out of me.
