A former manager in medium-size and large-size organizations, I had the opportunity to implement organizational transformations through team engagement and mobilization, skills development and process improvement.
I am passionate about the human dimension of management, I have accompanied many managers at all levels in improving their way of doing things and in developing their leadership skills.
My varied experiences as a manager, consultant and trainer allow me to gain perspective, understand organizational issues and build trusting relationships with my clients and associates at all levels of the organization.
I have a Master’s Degree in Training Management, an MBA, a Bachelor of Business Administration, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
