I accompany managers, teams and organizations to improve organizational performance by developing their individual and collective skills and improving the way they do things.

A former manager in medium-size and large-size organizations, I had the opportunity to implement organizational transformations through team engagement and mobilization, skills development and process improvement.

I am passionate about the human dimension of management, I have accompanied many managers at all levels in improving their way of doing things and in developing their leadership skills.

My varied experiences as a manager, consultant and trainer allow me to gain perspective, understand organizational issues and build trusting relationships with my clients and associates at all levels of the organization.

I have a Master’s Degree in Training Management, an MBA, a Bachelor of Business Administration, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.

My core beliefs

  • People have good intentions. In a context that supports them, people are motivated to take responsibility and give their best.
  • One of the keys to collaboration and teamwork is first to understand each other’s perspective.
  • Conflict of ideas, when debated in a healthy and productive way, is often a source of synergy and improvement.
  • Authenticity and vulnerability are essential to building trust and foster team engagement and knowledge sharing.

I hope we will have the opportunity to get to meet soon.
